Robin C. Bogan is a partner at the law firm of Pallarino & Bogan, L.L.P., in Morristown, New Jersey. She has devoted her practice to family law and related matters for over thirteen years. As an experienced trial attorney, she is known for her thorough preparation, quick-thinking on cross-examination, and creative and clear presentation of difficult material. Ms. Bogan is sensitive to the needs of her clients and in many cases she reaches an amicable resolution of family law disputes through artful negotiation and mediation. Among her colleagues, she is known for her reasonableness, diligence and advocacy.
Ms. Bogan is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Law Attorney. She is also actively involved in the legal community. She is a trustee for the Morris County Bar Association and a Co-Chair of the Family Law Committee. She serves on the Executive Committee for the Family Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association that reviews legislation impacting family law issues. Ms. Bogan volunteers as an Early Settlement Panelist for the Superior Court in Morris County. She is a barrister for the American Inns of Court. She served as an investigator for the Ethics Committee for Morris and Sussex counties from 2006 - 2009.
Ms. Bogan was awarded "Top Forty Under 40" recognizing individuals who are making headlines in their fields and who share a commitment to business growth, professional excellence and the community. She received the recognition of her peers by being nominated as a "Super Lawyer - Rising Star" for 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010.
Ms. Bogan has lectured on family law issues for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and the New Jersey Family Law Inns of Court. Her articles on family law issues have appeared in several professional publications, including New Jersey Lawyer, the New Jersey Family Lawyer, and Family Advocate.
She is the Board Chair and a founding member of Good Grief, Inc., a charitable organization devoted to assisting children and their families who have experienced the death of a family member. Good Grief, Inc., has a year-round support center located in Summit, New Jersey, that is currently servicing 209 children and adults from 77 families residing in 60 towns in northern New Jersey. Ms. Bogan received her J.D. in June, 1996, from Seton Hall University School of Law. She received her B.A. degree from the University of Richmond in May, 1993. She served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Thomas H. Dilts, the Presiding Judge of the Family Part of the Superior Court of New Jersey, in Somerset County, from 1996 to 1997.
